Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellations must be notified by email 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, no refund will be made. In case of duly justified force majeure, the customer will be able to obtain a refund of the amounts paid. Reservation changes are possible subject to availability.
